Online Registration will open February 1 at 9:00 a.m. EST.
No camp sessions will be available for selection in the software before 9:00 a.m. EST on February 1.
Due to the high demand for the Classic Camp, Explorer Camp, Village Camp, and Night Owl sessions, campers may initially only register for one of these sessions. Campers may register for an additional session, if space is available, after April 1, 2017.
If your first choice session is full, the software will add you to the waiting list for that session if you register.
A $100 deposit is required for all Classic Camp, Explorer Camp, Village Camp, and Night Owl Sessions. A $50 deposit is required for all Tiny Tikes, Father-Son, and Mother-Daughter weekends. A $25 per person deposit is required for families registering for the Family Fun Fest programs.
Only a completed registration with a deposit will reserve a spot. Registrations without a deposit will be listed as “Enrolled” but not “Registered.” Campers listed as “Enrolled” or “Not Confirmed” are not guaranteed a spot until a deposit has been paid and their status changes to “Registered”.
Final payment is due 14 days prior to the beginning of the camp session. Final payments can be made online by logging back into your account or by mailing a check to the camp office.
If you need to cancel your session, refunds will be granted up to 14 days prior to the start of your camp session for all but $25 of your deposit. No refunds will be granted within 14 days of the start of your camp session, except in cases of illness, injury, or family emergency.
